Introduction
Welcome to the Intelehealth web application user manual for doctors! This user guide will help a remote doctor to use intelehealth technology to provide healthcare to the patients. Once the patient's information is uploaded by Health Worker in the Intelehealth android app, a remote doctor can

• The username and password are case sensitive
• Make sure you enter the username and password as provide by the organisation
• Make sure you have internet connection before log-in to Dashboard

Home Screen
After log in on the screen, you will be directed to this screen. In this screen  you will be able to view following.

1. Search tab
2. Towards right side of the screen is

• Logout  
• Profile
• Reports

1. The coloured tabs are as follows

• Flagged  visits ( Red Tab)
• CHW Note ( Yellow tab )
• Visit Note ( Blue tab)

First, we will learn what each item represents on the screen and later will discuss about the steps.

• Find Patients: This button helps you the to search the patient and view the patient details through patient name or ID.
• Reports: This button helps you to see the reports
• Profile : This will include the details about the User/doctor and will also be able to make changes in the profile if needed.

• Flag Visits ( represented in red tab ) shows total number of emergency cases.
• CHW Note ( represented in yellow tab ): shows total number of  patient visits that has been uploaded by Health worker and is yet to be seen by Doctor for Case Management
• Visit Note (represented in Blue tab) :  Shows total number of visits which doctor has opened but yet to click on Sign and Submit button.

Tables

• Flag Visits Table : This table shows list of  emergency cases requiring patients immediate doctor attention.  
• Queued Visits Table  : This table consists of patients visits that are with Visit note status,  CHW Note status and Visit Complete
• Search  in Flag Visit and  queued visits :  You can search the patients from the respective tables
• Items per page : Shows total number of patients visit in current page of  Flagged and queued table.

            In the above picture 1-5 of 58 represents that in the current page shows 5 patient visit records out of total 58 records.

• The doctor gets overall view about the number of patients that needs to be seen and also patients that require immediate medical attention from the colour tabs above the Flag Visits
• In Flagged Visit table, the first tab is search  where doctor can search the patients with ID or name.
• The Flag visit table consists of name of the Patients, Gender, Date of Birth, Location , Visit Status and Last seen.
• The details about patient such as  recent visit date, Vitals, contact address, Patient Profile Visits can be accessed by clicking on Patient ID
• The doctor should make sure that the flagged patients are seen first as they require immediate actions. The doctor also has to speak to patients to collect missed information or  for clarification of the data collected by Health Workers.

• In this  table doctor can view the patients that have status of Visit note, CHW note and visit completed.

• Visit completed represents patients visits that are being provided with prescription by the doctor. It also means that the doctor has completed the visit by clicking on Sign & Submit tab and that Health workers are yet to give the patient's prescription.

• The doctor can visit the patient summary page by clicking on the patient ID

• Inorder to make sure that all patients are provided with prescription, the doctor can check the list by clicking on >  which is at the bottom of the table for next page

1. Patient information such as

• Name, Age, Sex, Date of birth, Village and contact information
• Patient profile photo can be also viewed here. Kindly note that some patients are do not permit to take their picture so those cases  there will be no picture.

    b. Recent Visits :  Shows the list of all the patients visits. The current visit of the patient will  occur it the top most of the list.
c. Presenting complaints : Here the patients complains are documented for patient case management  
d. Family History:  Patient's family medical history is shown in this section.
e. Past Medical History: The patient past medical history will be captured here
f. Vitals : records of temperature, weight, height , pulse, bp, BMI of patient are captured in this section
g. Additional Documents: The images/ pics of medical test, condition are shown in this section
h. Physical Examination:  All the physical examinations of patient visit conducted by Health workers are displayed in this section for example Nail abnormality, edoma and others.
6. Doctor Patient Interaction
Once the doctor reviews and understands the patient case, the doctor have to speak with the patient to clarify the information filled by Health worker, fill in missing data or for better understanding of the symptoms.
The following note encourages and reminds the doctor for patient interaction , the Note says
"This history note and physical exam note generated by a community health worker with the support of intelehealth mobile application. It collects only preliminary findings and may not gather all the patients clinical information, especially sensitive information or complex physical exam information which is hard for the health worker to collect. Please verify crucial clinical information and collect additional information you require by speaking with the patient directly" Image Removed
7. Start Visit for doctor
After Doctor- Patient Interaction, the doctor has to click on Start Visit  and note down the details in the doctor notes section for  future reference.
In the below image, we will learn about steps to documenting doctor prescription. In this section contains patient interaction, Diagnosis, Doctors note, Prescribed Medications, Prescribed tests, Doctors note, Advise and Follow up.

• After writing the required diagnosis, prescribed medicines, tests, medical advice, doctor notes, the doctor have to click on ADD button.
• In  Follow up section, the doctor has to click on the calendar icon and navigate to put the  date and click on SUBMIT FOLLOW UP
• Make sure all the sections are filled out.

Once the doctor has given the diagnosis and treatment advise, the doctor has to click on the Sign and Submit  which will display the doctor signature. The visit is ended from doctor when it shows visit complete.
Reporting
The Reporting Module was designed to provide a feature-rich and user-friendly web interface for managing reports. This report shows the detail in separate requirements.
