Step 1: Once the patient approaches the CHW, the CHW opens the app and clicks on New Patient
Step 2: Patient details are added in the app:
Step 3: Once patient details are entered, a button to “START VISIT” displays on the screen
Step 4: Once the CHW clicks on Start New Visit, a page with the “Vitals” appears for recording the vitals of the patient.
Step 5: The CHW enters the symptom as described by the patient and clicks on the next button.
Step 6: CHW can add one or more symptoms as per the patient complaints.
Step 7: The app further prompts the CHW to ask in-depth questions about the symptom.
Step 8: The App prompts to ask any other relevant history about the case
Step 9: The app gives a gist/ overview of the hitory collected so far.
Step10: Next the is a page for past medical history and family history. Each main section has questions in its subsection.
