Overview of User Types

Frontline Health Worker (FHW) - Spoke Side User:

These users are frontline health workers who use the FHW Android App to perform tasks like patient registration, history-taking, and initiating teleconsultations with remote doctors.

Remote Doctor - Hub Side User:

Remote doctors utilize the Doctor Web App to review patient data submitted by FHWs, conduct teleconsultations, and provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or referrals.

Admin User:

Admins manage the system using the Admin Portal, handling tasks such as user management, system configuration, appointment settings, and analytics.
