Step 3: As discussed previously, after calling the patient, if the doctor elicits additional findings, it can be entered as doctor’s notes.

Step 4: Once the prescription is downloaded from the doctor, the CHW can proceed to either print the prescription and give the hard copy to the patient or send an SMS via the app to the patient’s contact number.

Step 5: Prescription printed contains relevant information and management plan. It is customizable for different programs.

Step 6: Once the prescription is printed, the CHW proceeds to End the visit. The App prompts the CHW to remind the patient about his/her follow up visit and other customizable advice.

Step 7: A customizable satisfaction survey is the last screen to appear.

Step 8: Once the entire process is successfully completed, the case is closed.
