Step 3: Here the doctor’s role starts. Here the doctor enters in the relevant sections additional findings after speaking to the patient (doctor’s note) and the management plan (advise, diagnosis, prescription, follow up and referrals) for the patient. |
Step 5: Once all the relevant findings are entered, the doctor signs and submits the prescription and the visit is completed.
