When the medical history taking protocols are defined, workflows are created to be able to collect the data on the mobile phone which follows a certain data structure. The current Data model that we follow in our implementation is mentioned here.

 

If new concepts or data variable types are to be created, to be able to store new type of patient data which is defined in the work-flows , it is possible to do so by creating he concept IDs to be able to store the data provided by the doctors. The detailed explanation for the same is provided in this section.
