This section contains general tips and suggestions for Users i.e Healthworkers, Doctors, Program Managers that would help to work efficiently. The tips comprise of Patient safety and Confidentiality and Device Care.

 

A. Health Workers

  • Remember your login and password and don’t disclose your credentials

  • Remember to use your assigned phones only. In case if you change your phone, please inform your Project Manager

  • Regularly clear cache and cookies from the mobile device

  • Clear browser history in the device

  • Once patient history and complains are captured, make sure to click “upload to doctor”

  • Make sure to document all the fields in the app so that doctor gets full patient’s details

  • Make sure to add mandatory data in app. If the mandatory data is not entered there would be notifications to enter details and patient visit will be failed to registered.

  • Don’t enter wrong details or manipulate patient’s medical information.

  • To end the active visit, make sure to click on “download from doctor”

  • Don’t disclose patient medical information in the community

  • Once seeing patients in offline mode, remember to connect to internet so that the information is available for doctor for case management

 

B. Doctors

  • Regularly clear browsers history from the device

  • Regularly clear cookies and cache from the device

  • Remember to check for internet before log in to Intelehealth Web application (doctors’ portal)

  • Remember User name and password for Intelehealth Web Application

  • Reset your password every 3 months

  • Inform the project Manager about your schedule or availability so that the Health workers are aware.

  • Ensure the Flagged visits are been seen on priority basis

  • Before giving prescription, talk to the Patient to understand about the complains and to rule out doubts.

  • Ensure the Patient interaction notes are documented in the Doctor notes for future reference

  • Don’t disclose patient medical information
