HLD - High level design of Ayu node engine

AYU node engine takes a fine-comb approach, taking in account one or more protocols at a time, drilling down further on one or all of associated symptoms; in the process, gathering information to build up on CDSS, thus assisting the doctor to have as much information as possible at the time of decision.
