Defect report template

Test Data Details : This includes the test user credentials, the environment in which the bug is found, browser and its version(if its compatibility issue),build/APK version.

Defect title : A short and clear description of the defect detected. This should be same as actual result that we add while creating a defect.

Steps to replicate: What the client/partner or QA did in an application that results in the defect simply to say it is step by step actions that takes us to replicate the defect.

Expected Result : What results are expected as per the Acceptance criteria when performing the action steps mentioned.

Actual Result : What results are actually showing up when performing the action steps. Ideally this would be same as the ‘Defect title’ in detailed.
