Step 1: Facilitated by the Ayu on the Open MRS, the doctor can see the total number of patients for the day and by clicking on each of them, the doctor can review the case and provide the management plan for each one.

Step 2: Once the CHW calls the doctor, he sees the patient list for the day on OpenMRS and selects the patient name via identifiers as shown above. Once on the page, he can see the photo, recent and past visits and vitals of the patient.

Step 3: Once the doctor clicks on the present visit, the following pages open up containing the entire evaluation by the CHW.

 

Step 5: Once all the relevant findings are entered, the doctor signs and submits the prescription and the visit is completed.
