Step 1: Once the CHW completes the case history taking and physical examination and clicks the next button a Visit Summary page is prepared by Ayu which is to be uploaded to the Doctor. The data recorded is arranged as follows:

 

 

Step 2: The photos or documents taken also appear in the visit summary. Also, there is a way of letting the doctor know if this is an emergency case by clicking on an ‘Emergency’ button.

 

 

 

Step 3: Once this is done, the CHW calls the doctor after uploading the entire case sheet of the patient to connect with the patient for the management plan.
